All orders are shipped usually within 1-2 business days, transit times depend on your location.
Pooch Life Pet Supply uses the United States Postal Service for all shipping domestic and international (Canada only).
Pooch Life currently ship anywhere in the United States and Canada. Domestic orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. We also ship internationally to Canada. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping and associated import fees apply.
SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• We cannot guarantee your product will be delivered within the anticipated time frame, especially during high-season time periods.
• Delivery times do NOT include weekends, holidays or Customs stoppage.
• We are unable to give refunds if we are given the wrong address information resulting in your order getting lost or damaged, as it is out of our control (and unforeseen postal delays that are out of our control).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – TERMS AND CONDITIONS POSSIBLE DELAYS
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the United States of America may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The person receiving the package when it reaches its destination must pay the import Fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Pooch Life Pet Supply, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Pooch Life Pet Supply. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Please email your shipping and handling questions or comments via contact form.
Pooch Life Pet Supply ships international (Canada). However you may have a problem at check-out due to your country that isn’t recognized for shipping,
POSSIBLE DELAYS
When international orders reach their destination country/region, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us, and we care about how your order information is used and shared. We would like customers who are sending or receiving products via international shipping to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection, and may be opened by customs authorities.
We provide certain order, shipment, and product information (such as description) to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
order processing and CANCELLATIONS
Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. Pooch Life Pet Supply will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
Please note: Once an order has already been processed and dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.
ORDER shipping time
The shipping time frame can vary depending on the location and shipping method. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to expedite the order or make any changes.
Please bear in mind that once the package has been handed over to the shipping courier, there may be circumstances out of our control leading to package delivery delays.
For the most accurate information on when your package will arrive, please refer to your tracking number.
Pooch Life Pet Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In cases where your package was not delivered because of an incorrect address and returned to us, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package.
RETURNS
RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY AND REQUIREMENTS:
Our Returns & Refunds Policy lasts 21 days upon receipt of your order. If 21 days upon receipt have passed, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be in new, original condition without any damages, including the original hang tag attached. Returns/Refunds will NOT be honored without original tags, without exception.
Gift Cards: Unfortunately, gift cards are not returnable or refundable
Sale/final sale products:
Only regular and sale items may be returned for a refund.
All FINAL SALE items cannot be returned if you have changed your mind (or ordered the incorrect size), so please choose carefully. These items can only be returned if they are faulty.
If you wish to return an item which is part of a sale, please note you will be refunded the amount that you purchased the item(s) for during the sale. If you wish to re-purchase, the sale price(s) cannot be honoured once a sale has finished.
RETURN PROCESS:

ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
Return New product Only: Returned merchandise(s) must be in new, original condition without any damages and with the original hang tag attached.
Merchandise Not Eligible For Returned: All Sale, Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include final call, or not in a like-new condition.
A Refund If Returned Within 14 Days: If the items you ordered are not what you expected in size, fit or style, we will gladly provide you with a refund in your order within 14 days of purchase.
Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product) and original shipping costs are not refundable.
All returns must be sent with prepaid postage; We do not accept C.O.D. We recommend using a traceable method to ship back your return and keeping your tracking number on hand until your return is fully processed. Pooch Life Pet Supply is not responsible for lost shipments. Please make sure you include your packing slip and please note your order number on the outside of the package.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
If your package arrives at Pooch Life Pet Supply within the 14-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. NOTE: Your bank may need extra time to process a refund after receiving the information from Pooch Life Pet Supply.

EXCHANGE
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, we suggest that you return it and place a second order for the new product separately. Once we receive and approve your return, we"ll credit your account
Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will have the original item/size/color in stock.
Damaged, defected, or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us via contact form as soon as possible. The policy covers manufacturing and material defect only and does not include damage caused by any of the following:
Damage caused by chewing, cleaning, alterations, or modifications.
Damage caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, or abuse.
colorS and patterns
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your cellphone or computer screen’s display of any color will be accurate.
All of our patterned fabrics are cut from larger swatches fabric, so pattern on final product may vary slightly from the product photos.

WARRANTY/GUARANTEE
Pooch Life Pet Supply merchandise are made to last. However, the lifespan of our items is determined by the care, wear, and elements each item is subjected to. We guarantee our pet wear and accessories at the time of purchase against material defects and workmanship. If you experience a problem with any of our products and would like to claim a warranty case, please send us an email via contact form, include your order number, name, order date and a picture of the damaged item. Any warranty claims must be received within 60 calendar days of purchase, otherwise we are unable to replace any items. Our warranty/guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. Any claims after 60 calendar days may not be valid, as the damage may be considered normal wear and tear.
Please ensure that you inspect all items for wear prior to use.
We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.

product care
All of our items are labeled as hand-wash only, which is recommended. Gently hand-wash your items in warm water, with a gentle soap and air dry.
Our items can be considered machine washable using a laundry bag in cold water, on a gentle or delicate cycle. There is a potential risk for hardware scratches depending on your washer - so this isn't our recommended washing method. If you do wash your items using this method, please air dry and do not place the items in the dryer.
CHANGE SIDES FOR THE REVERSIBLE HARNESS?
1. Begin by unclipping the buckle on the belly strap and then slide the buckle through the webbing loop to completely open the belly strap.
2. Turn the entire harness inside out to display print on reverse side.
3. Using your fingers, flip belly strap 180 degrees at the bottom of harness pouch, turn the strap 180 degrees in this pocket. The belly strap buckle will now clasp correctly while displaying the reverse side.
4. Next hold the d-ring leash clip with one hand and slide the black webbing from the neck section through the D-ring so the leash can also now be clipped while using the reverse side.
5. Feed belly chest strap back through loop and buckle harness and you’re all set!
